Focusing primarily on the on-call services, and with the inception of the first generation iPhone from Apple, ONCALLERS® was at the forefront of any IT company in the Chicagoland area to provide full refurbishment and repair service for this new technological device.

As the industry and demand grew ONCALLERS® opened its first retail location in the northwest side of Chicago, to not only service the commercial and educational clients but also to be a drop off center for the consumer clients needing help with their technology hiccups.
