How long does a repair take?

Most of our repairs can be done the same day.

How many repairs per order can you process?

We service clients from 20 devices at the time to 500 at a time, in which the same day repair policy applies.  For larger orders please contact your account executive to get an accurate time frame.

How long is your warranty?

We provide a lifetime warranty on ALL of our repairs and refurbishment services.  Warranty restrictions apply on liquid damage devices, given the nature of the process of fixing these units.

Warranty is also limited to any software solutions we provide.

Do you offer a free diagnostics service?

YES!  In fact, every device that comes in to us has to go through a multi level diagnostics service by certified technicians on your devices make and model.  Once a diagnostic service is performed, an estimate is sent to the client,  detailing the charges for the repair.  If the estimates are approved by the client, then we proceed on the repair process.

What type of payments do you accept?

ONCALLERS® accepts the following payment forms:

  • Major Credit Cards
  • Paypal
  • Check
  • Cash
  • C.O.D.

For established accounts we can set up a Net 30 payment system.

Are your technicians certified?

All technicians providing services on each make and model are certified by each manufacturer.  They have gone through rigorous training in-house for a minimum of 90 days after receiving the certifications from the device manufacturers.

We want to ship devices to you. Is this possible?

Of course.  Our Repair Depot is capable of shipping any amount of devices nationwide.  Shipments cut-off times are 2pm CST.

We use Fedex, UPS, USPS, and DHL for international shipments.
