HOW MUCH DOES ONCALLERS® CHARGE FOR DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE?

We don't charge you a penny for Device Diagnostic. It's part of what makes ONCALLERS® a great deal for any Business or Organization with volume devices like iPads, iPhones or Computers. 

DO I HAVE TO DROP OFF DEVICES AT YOUR WAREHOUSE?

Nope, you don't have to drive anywhere. Call us or get a quote and we will set up a pick up. ONCALLERS® provides local clients within 100 miles of Chicago a free pick up & delivery service. Not only do you not have to drive anywhere but our pick up & delivery service doesn't cost you a thing! 

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

Not at all. ONCALLERS® doesn't require a long term commitment. Your Business, School or Organization only has to pay when you need a device repaired. Just pay as you go! 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET MY DEVICES BACK?

Not long at all, many repairs can be done within 1-2 business days. ONCALLERS® does not ship devices off to another repair center. We fix everything in house at our Volume Repair Center located in Chicago. 

DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY?

Yes, ONCALLERS® provides a Lifetime Warranty on all parts & labor. Most repair centers only provide a 90 day Warranty. We decided to cover it for the life of the device. It's just our way! 

IS THEIR A UPFRONT COST?

No, we provide a free diagnostic and free pick up & delivery service. After ONCALLERS® expert repair technicians diagnose your device an accounts executive will contact you before we start any repairs. You only pay for what's being fixed. 

DOES ONCALLERS® PROVIDE VOLUME DISCOUNTS?

Yes, ONCALLERS® provides volume discounts for most devices. Fill out a quote on our "GET A QUOTE" page and a Account Executive will contact you shortly! 

How Do I Start?
